Operational Terms, Warranties & Commercial Policies (26 Clauses)
#1: Catalog prices include import duties, U.S. & Mexican customs, and freight to our Dallas, TX warehouse. Final destination shipping and Texas sales tax (if applicable) are calculated separately.
#2: Orders begin with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% balance (plus final freight) is settled once staged in Dallas, TX.
#3: Estimated delivery is 10 to 12 weeks from the Friday following deposit receipt, as production batches lock every Friday.
#4: Deliveries are curbside (tailgate) outside the venue. Carrier drivers do not unload or carry items inside.
#5: Customers must provide personnel to unload upon arrival or request hydraulic liftgate service in advance.
#6: Transit times departing Dallas, TX depend on carrier schedules, weather, and interstate operations.
#7: All merchandise travels 100% insured against transit damage.
#8: To validate insurance, customers MUST note visible damage or shortages on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing and send photos within 48 hours.
#9: Signing the BOL clean without noting visible damage voids carrier insurance coverage.
#10: Once your order arrives in Dallas, TX, you receive 15 calendar days of free staging to settle balance and schedule delivery.
#11: After 15 free days in Dallas, storage is $5 USD/day per pallet. Orders unpaid after 60 days may be liquidated without deposit refund.
#12: Your 50% deposit locks quoted unit prices against raw material or tariff increases.
#13: Because orders are custom-built to your stain, vinyl, and logo spec, lead times apply except on marked Dallas stock items.
Warranty #1: 1-year U.S. commercial warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery date.
Warranty #2: Verified manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced at no product cost.
Warranty #3: Excludes misuse, sharp-object cuts on vinyl/leather, harsh chemicals, or outdoor exposure of indoor pieces.
Warranty #4: Solid & rustic wood: natural grain, tone, and knot variations are inherent to genuine lumber and do not affect strength.
Warranty #5: Hand-painted & carved items: individually crafted by artisans with authentic brushstroke character.
Warranty #6: Talavera tile tops: handmade kiln-fired tiles feature subtle traditional glaze and millimeter variations.
Warranty #7: Authentic equipales: crafted from Rosa Morada wood and tanned leather that develops rich patina.
Warranty #8: Quarry stone fountains & sinks: hand-carved natural stone, ceramic, or copper; periodic sealing recommended.
Warranty #9: Epoxy resin & Parota tops: for climate-controlled interiors only; avoid direct UV or scorching skillets without trivets.
Policy #1: 3 business days after deposit to modify specs or cancel for a full refund (less card processing fees).
Policy #2: After 3 business days, cancellations incur a 30% restocking/production fee once materials are cut.
Policy #3: No cancellations or returns on pieces already engraved, carved, or painted with custom client logos.
Policy #4: Once delivered, returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse or floor-plan measurement errors.
